'Turnblast' Rotary Cleaning
System
Our company
manufactures the highly successful 'Turnblast' range of on-site
pipe Grit Blasting Machines which operate on a rotary-spiral
principle. Several options are available either fully recyclable
grit or semi recyclable grit. Both systems can incorporate
a follow-on coating process such as tape wrapping or wet
proxy spraying.

for first removal and a rotating cup brush for final finish.
After a grit
blasting and spin coating process, vacuum recovery
of spent grit and debris is achieved through the
hollow lance. A miniature camera monitors the cleaning and
coating process. The system can be designed to cope with
a range of pipe sizes.
