A quick drying ready for use bituminous primer suitable for use as a primer prior to application of self adhesive plastic wrapping tape, to optimise bond development which is important for maximising resistance to cathodic disbondment.

Recommended Methods of Application Conventional spray, brush or roller.

*The theoretical spreading rates shown above make no allowance for surface profile, uneven application, overspray, losses in containers and equipment. Due allowance should be made as appropriate when estimating practical spreading rates.
**Ensure primer is tully dried Out betore wrapping.

Should be applied to dry steel surfaces, cleaned free from rust, dirt, grease and other contaminants. The substrate must not be less than 30C above dew point.

  1. Take normal precautions to avoid skin contact and inhalation of spray mist.
  2. Provide adequate ventilation
  3. Contact with Skin - Wash thoroughly with a suitable industrial cleanser or with lukewarm water and soap.
  4. Eye Contamination - Flush with water for 10 minutes and seek medical attention at once.
  5. Observe Health & Safety instructions on containers and Product Safety Data Sheets.
